• Account Information: Your name and email address, provided via Apple Sign‑In or Google Sign‑In.
• Roster Data: Staff names, shift types, scheduling rules, and generated rosters that you create within the app.
• Usage Data: Basic app interaction data such as feature usage patterns, for the purpose of improving the service.

We do not collect location data, contacts, photos, health data, financial data, or any sensitive personal information.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your identity and provide access to your account.
• To store and sync your roster data across devices.
• To generate AI-powered schedules using your configuration.
• To respond to support requests.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Access to your data is restricted to your authenticated account only.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — Authentication and database hosting
• Apple Sign‑In / Google Sign‑In — Authentication providers
• Google Gemini AI — Roster generation (your staff configuration is sent to generate schedules)
• Vercel — Web hosting

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile section within the app. Upon deletion, all your roster data, settings, and account information are permanently removed.

7. Children's Privacy

createRoster is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email.
