Do my staff need to pay or sign up?

They accept an invite and sign in with Google, Apple or email. Staff accounts are free and don’t use a manager seat.

Data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security. Staff only see their team’s published roster. You can export or delete everything at any time.
